Delivery/Order Terms

Ordering via this website is only available for Mainland UK and subject to our standard terms and conditions.
Please contact us for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, northern Scotland and Scottish Islands, we can cover most areas, but not with every product.

Some areas of Scotland may be charged an increased delivery charge due to distance and area restrictions. We do deliver to the Isle of Wight.

Delivery/Order Terms

• Minimum order is £100 plus Vat exluding any delivery charges
• Free delivery on all orders over £125 plus Vat or orders containing two or more of the same bulk bag product
• All orders have a standard delivery charge (2-4 working days) of £5.99 England, Wales and Scotland, Except for orders that qualify for FREE delivery.
• Next day delivery costs £19.99 England, Wales and Scotland and is available on request subject to availability
• FREE delivery on certain items excludes next day orders.
• Delivery Guarantee only covers items that are in stock at our supplier, we will contact you as soon as possible if any delivery issues arrise.
• We reserve the right to cancel/refund any delivery that we cannot complete due to products not being available.
• When ordering goods a preferred delivery date can be submitted. We will always do our best to stick to these where possible.
• The delivery date will be confirmed with an e-mail once your order has been accepted. Delivery days are Monday to Friday except bank holidays.
• All orders must be signed for on delivery except where arrangements have been made with us.
• All deliveries are on a kerb side delivery basis to the nearest safest point to the delivery address.
• Delivery address need to be correct and complete to make sure all orders are delivered problem free.
• Delivery address must be accessible by the equivelent of a large double decker bus.
• Please do not arrange for tradesman to begin work until materials have arrived at site. online-building-supplies.co.uk shall not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of not meeting a delivery date.
• A charge will be made if you are not present to sign for the delivery without prior consent and we have to leave the address without delivering the goods, an additional charge will be made if orders have to be redelivered.
